Senior Sales Manager: To drive West India Sales for OEM product.
Reporting To: National Sales Manager- MIND, dotted CEO- ITAM
Location - Mumbai
Experience: 8-12 years of overall sales or business development experience.
Travel 50%

Job Summary:
  1. Market: (Measurement: Customer visits Vs Conversion Ratio)
  2. Revenue: (Revenue Generated from New and Repeat businesses)
  3. Sales Promotions (Revenue Generated & brand exposure against cost of time & cash spent on promotional activities along with marketing)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for generating net sales and new revenue, within existing relationships and new clients, by leveraging the product offerings to our relevant customer segments.
  • Development and implementation of Sales strategy with identification of opportunities and winning opportunities with eye on increasing market share and maximizing customer retention.
  • Conceptualize and put in place Sales Campaigns, Reward plans, territory alignment, structures to direct and achieve company's strategic objectives within accounts or with field sales teams in a specific sales territory.
  • Provide feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improved market competitiveness.
  • Overall responsibility for Sales targets to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
  • Provide structured programs and processes to guide the Sales
  • Modify and execute comprehensive reporting programs to track performance, and guide and measure success of sales activities.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to maximize growth opportunities and continually strengthen market share and revenue achievement.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs. Share product/strategy and any other important updates and information with the entire group
  • Foster a collaborative environment and create conditions for team effectiveness
  • Conduct regular weekly, monthly & quarterly sales review sessions
  • Coordinate for internal team meetings & collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Participate in adoption initiatives & assist the team & leadership with project management
