Assist the team in identifying & growing new accounts in the global market space across the world via emails/phone.
Assisting team in data mining & as well converting leads.
Research accounts, identify key players & generate interest of the client by understanding their
landscape, organization and challenges.
Source new sales opportunities & assign it to the team for doing the account management.
Qualify incoming leads, assign it to the team, and help them move forward while removing barriers to adoption.
Assess the potential of the leads & close the deals by joining the team on customer calls.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and email.
Manage escalations of existing customers
Identify the key stakeholders at Client organization, build & nurture relationships to get buy-in from multiple decision makers.
Continuously engage with internal business leads to understand and update knowledge on the product and communication infrastructure landscape to uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities.
Maintain and expand database of prospective clients within the assigned territory.
Partner with Presales Engineers in designing innovative solutions for the prospective clients
Responsible for educating clients on the product.
Identify new use cases where business can engage to solve communication challenges faced by clients
Qualification and experience:
10+ years of experience in Application/Technology Service/Analytics Products Sales
Experience in international Business Development and inside sales preferred
