-Develop business in
the states to achieve short and long term objectives along with planning and
leading new business opportunities.
-Responsible for planning and driving sales product-level revenue in designated
channel/city or state.
-Design route/beat plans for TSMs/SOs and distributor's staff based on market
-Track sales performance against targets on a daily basis and take corrective
-Track competition and suggest proactive steps to be ahead of the competition.
-Coordinate with marketing staff for brand building, signage and liaise with
various agencies for trade marketing opportunities.
-Develop and manage
efficient distribution networks for sales
-Develop efficient and
creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target the setting for the sales team

-Monitoring sales team

Prior experience in a
similar role is mandatory.
English, Hindi, and Telugu a must. Knowledge of other regional languages will
be an added advantage.
