ROLES AND DAILY JOB TASKS
1. ASSEMBLING OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS AND INSTALLATION OF O.S & CHECKING
2. IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM OF ITEMS RECEIVED AGAINST REPLACEMENT, REPAIR AND RECTIFY
3. IDENTIFY THE REPAIRABLE PRODUCTS AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR IN HOUSE REPAIR OR RETURN IT TO STORES FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND THIRD PARTY REPAIR
4. IDENTIFY THE NON REPAIRABLE PRODUCTS AND RETURN IT TO STORES FOR FURTHER ACTION
5. DELIVERING & COLLECTING THE RENTAL GOODS AS PER DELIVERY CHALLAN
6. INSTALLING THE COMPUTERS AT CUSTOMER PLACE AS PER DELIVERY CHALLAN AND FILL THE INSTALLATION DETAILS ON INSTALLATION REPORT ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE DC AND TAKE CUSTOMER SIGNATURE ON THE DELIVERY CHALLAN AND INSTALLATION REPORT
7. UN INSTALLING THE RENTAL MACHINES AFTER RENTAL AT CUSTOMER PLACE AND PREPARE PHYSICAL DAMAGE , MISSING ITEMS REPORT AND TAKE SIGNATURE OF CUSTOMER ON THAT REPORT
8. PREPARING MATERIAL FOR A SERVICE CALL WITH APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.
9. SERVICING THE MACHINE AT THE CUSTOMER PLACE.
10. INCASE OF REPLACEMENT CALL , COLLECT DEFECTIVE ITEMS / GOODS AGAINST REPLACED ITEMS / GOODS
11. SUMMARIZING THE SERVICE CALLS AS PER THE LOG AND TAKING FEED-BACK AND WRITE SERVICE CALL REPORT AND TAKE CUSTOMER SIGNATURE ON SERVICE CALL REPORT
12. REPORTING THE CALL CLOSURE TO OFFICE WITH SERVICE CALL REPORT NUMBER
13. IN CASE OF ANY DEPUTATION AT CUSTOMER PLACE, CONTROL INVENTORY AND MAINTAIN COMPUTERS SUPPLIED BY SUMO AT CUSTOMER PLACE AND SEND REPORTS ON INVENTORY AND SERVICE CALLS AS REQUIRED BY THE DEPT. HEAD
14. ANY OTHER WORK ASSIGNED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD, SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR TIME TO TIME
