Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to lead a team of Software Engineers, delivering business critical projects while maintaining high morale, managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met as advised by management.
Qualification & Experience

• 1.    B.E/B Tech from premier institute with 4-6 years of relevant industry.
• 2.    Prior experience in Start-up environment
• 3.    Ability to work in Individual as well as in team
• 4.    At least 5+ years’ experience in managing software projects and developers/engineers.
• 5.   5+ years hands on development experience on Python/ PHP / C / C++ /Java and Internet technologies with a good record of technical accomplishment.
• 6.    Prior experience in fast paced/ Agile environment with high quality execution and solid track record of building tech team/ processes.
• 7.    Experience in end to end delivery of large IT projects starting from design, planning, developing, testing to release
• 8.    Solid experience in providing solution powered by machine learning and AI
• 9.    Good communication and analytical skills

• 1.    Lead, manage and mentor a team of 5+ engineers
• 2.    Provide technical guidance as well as manage all product development in the company
• 3.    Ability to meet business requirement and optimize technical solution
• 4.    Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies as advised by management
• 5.    Work closely with peers in the business to fully understand the business process and requirements.
• 6.    Must be passionate about bringing automation in the company
• 7.    Define standards and best practices to support Agile development
