Responsibilities

Performs user ID administration access Provisioning / de- Provisioning (additions, modifications, deletions) for operating systems and in-house applications based on information contained on access
Understand and develop the code to initiate the automation process
Ensure assigned access requests are complete and properly approved prior to analyzing for processing or rejecting the requested access
Ensure all assigned user ID access requests are processed within standard, - SLA or, report to management when standards cannot be achieved
Understands the role requirements from various business owners and design profile accordingly
Perform data analysis on access review reports generated on over 190 In-house applications to ensure that the User ID /(De-provisioning) deleted - disabled as per the Bank standards
Work on various compliance reports generated on over 400 applications and ensure the orphan/non-use user ID’s are deleted
Actively participate in various projects based Initiatives run with business segment teams
Adheres to Corporate Information Security guidelines through all tasks
Actively communicates process improvement ideas to management
Ensures errors, system issues, or multi-user issues are immediately communicated to management
Understands the implications to the Business at large when access is not available
Communicates trends and special requests or questions to Senior Analysts for review and further consideration for process modification

Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Certifications, If Any: Not Mandatory

Experience Range: 2 – 4 years
