Job Skills & Qualifications:
· Should be a graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing
· Preferred with B2B Sales experience in Technology space. 2-3 years of hardcore sales experience in Engineering products and services.
· Understanding challenges faced by SMEs and contacting them with the proposed solution
· Experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Generating leads for our software solutions using innovative sales strategies
· Developing in-depth knowledge of customer requirements to make suitable recommendations
· Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products/services
· based on customer's needs and preferences
· Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of solutions
· Sourcing client database & call clients to generate leads.
· Learning sales overview of our software products and presenting to the customer.
· Advancing sales pipeline and creating new sales opportunities.
· Must have good English communication skills.
· Must have presentation-building skills.
· Willing to travel when required.
· Good presentation skills.
· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with our company's products and services
· Conducting follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads.
· Should have experience in UK/International sales.
