Senior Solutions Engineer – ChatBot Platform

Primary Responsibilities :
- Product Presentations, demonstrations or trainings for Customers
- Interact with customers / partners for requirements discussions during pre and post-sales cycle
- Design conversation flow and integrations needed for the chatbot
- Implement integrations using JSON APIs and other standard out of box options available
- Work closely with customers during build / testing / pilot testing phases
- Customize products and solutions for customer specific requirements and ensure delivery within specified timeframes and maintain high quality of delivery
- Conduct troubleshooting sessions for customer specific priority issues
- Build demo chatbots and proof of concept solutions for pre-sales cycle
Technical Skills (Each one is a Plus):
- Good understanding of operating system concepts and networking protocols
- Ability to develop scripts for customizations. Prior Development experience will be useful
- Experience with configuration and deployment of Chatbot or other new age tech solutions like Robotic Platform Automation
Product Management Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with Product Management, Release Management and Engineering Teams to provide product feedback and enhancement ideas
- Enhance internal and customer facing knowledge-base, based on customer interactions
Other Skills :
- Strong Communication and Customer interface skills – Should be able to communicate effectively with customers and set the right expectations. Work effectively with internal teams and provide updates / reports to customers
- Strong analytical problem solving capabilities – ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources into meaningful insights and associated action plans
- Good hands on skills with MS office tools like PowerPoint, Excel
