Job Description

Senior Specialist, Recovery Liaison (L 05)
Primary Location: Hyderabad, TS IN

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain an environment of partnership with our internal and external customers
  • Maintain internal controls by producing/pulling reporting to/for the team, suppliers and management
  • Perform internal surveillance to ensure the Nintex workflows are being worked accurately and within the established SLA’s
  • Create and update Business Process Reviews and Sourcing score cards
  • Update/Upload and maintain the accuracy of the Internal Supplier Management (ISM) Nintex portal
  • Reconcile the weekly settled in full/paid in full report
  • Support Recovery Operations teams as needed
  • Assist with escalated issues or inquires
  • Complete special projects and duties as assigned
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+2 or above
  • Minimum of 1 year  customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry
  • Should be flexible to work in night and rotational shifts, evening and weekend coverage.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle conflict using soft skills
  • Strong Work Experience with MS Office Word, Excel (spreadsheet and/or database) and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
