Manage end to end recruitment and selection process for roles assigned from sourcing
to onboarding through Success Factor module.
Work closely with the leadership team/hiring managers to understand hiring
requirements.
Responsible for sourcing from various channels focusing on alternate channels and direct
sourcing.
Ensure optimum utilization of all recruitment channels available.
Conduct research on companies across similar/related sectors as well as map potential
candidates.
Proactively create a pipeline of potential candidates by constantly farming resumes and
CVs from various sources and creating a database so that sourcing challenges are
minimized for future needs.
Screen applicants to ensure candidate quality via telephonic or in person interaction
Manage interview coordination seamlessly by effectively liaising with
candidates/recruitment agencies & hiring managers/EAs and ensure a positive candidate
experience.
Ensure closure of feedback with vendors & candidates
Handle salary negotiations, conduct ref check & complete documentation for offer.
Ensure closure of open positions within TAT.
Ensure timely joining of offered candidates by proactively engaging with selected
candidates prior to joining.
MIS reporting , dashboards and presentations
Facilitate joining of the candidate and provide the required assistance at the time of
joining
Maintain necessary recruitment and selection records and update MIS on a regular basis.
Establish and maintain relationship with campuses
Handle end to end vendor management, from negotiation on contract terms to invoice
processing.
Identify and implement process improvement projects in talent acquisition (viz.
improving TAT, improving offer to join ratio, improving cost per hire)
Provide necessary support during Internal / External Audits of the recruitment process
