Job Description:

• Manage day to day Activities for the Team 
  
• Take Pre Shift / In Shift / Post Shift
  
• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
  
• Communicate clear instructions to team members
  
• Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
  
• Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
  
• Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  
• Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level
  
• Analyzing sales statistics and determining sales potential & inventory requirements.
  
• Giving client’s advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training if require.
  
• Desired Profile:  Must have worked as a Team Leader in Same Industry, having Financial Knowledge& good communication skills
