Good in System engineering, designing and designing solution based on Business needs• Experience of working to defined service level commitments• Incident, Change and Problem management• Knowledge management (KEDB)• Documentation and Reporting• Implement/deployment the setup as per the agreed solutionSupporting Escalated cases/incidentsDesign solution for IPT IPCC (Express) transformation on Cisco.Reviewing of KEDB, providing support enhancing knowledge of team by doing KT sessions.Supporting operational project, complex change kind of activity.Ordering provisioning the BOM based on the solution designBuild complete transformation Plan to roll out IPT related applicationBuild the complete HLD LLDProvide support to client of the transformed setup till the time it's get moved completely to OperationExcellent in administration, troubleshooting and support (L2)Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLAParticipate in Change management , assess Risk and Impact.
