Sr. Telesales Executive 
 We’re looking for a caring and photography-loving Senior Telesales Representative. You would be responsible for  prospecting and lead generation from international clients; meet target sales and responding to customer queries via email, phone, social media  from customers; prospecting and lead generation; working closely with our teams to continuously improve our service quality.
 

Responsibilities:

•  Generate leads, prospect and close customer for international sales via direct telesales activity via email, phone, social media, and live chat
•  Prepare monthly sales plan and follow through to achieve sales targets
• Make sure customer queries are solved quickly with a high degree of satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints
• Maintain and improve customer service SLA’s
• Help build a customer-centric company culture
• Collaborate closely with our teams

Qualification:

•  Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years experience
•  Excellent English writing and speaking skills
•  Detail-oriented, problem solving ability and objection handling activities.
• Active on social media
•  Hindi, Marathi or Kannada language skills a plus
• A love of photography
