Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

An extensive experience in web/mobile UI/ UX Designer.
Strong experience in architecture making design and technology decisions for complex products.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Experience creating annotated wireframes and user flows.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Proficiency in HTML,CSS or similar is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Bootstrap/Foundation or similar is an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of user interface patterns for mobile, web, and responsive design.
Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, colour) with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Conduct usability testing.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Create any product related communication material as required.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Superb attention to details.
Ability to work well in an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
