Senior UI/UX Designer

What you need:

• Proven experience of minimum 6 years in delivering complex UI/UX Design projects and customer success.
• A thorough experience delivering large projects using User Centered Design methods and processes.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders and people at CXO, CIO, CTO, CEO level.
• Ability resent design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.
• Have exceptional attention to details design a robust visual experience system that represents highest levels of quality (wow factor),efficiency, consistency, scalability (design that works across platforms) and innovation. 
• Create standards, style guides, specification documents to support visual design system that gets delivered to the customer. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to reality.
• Ability to work in a team and manage communication at all levels.

Must have

• Excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills 
• Drive to identify challenges and take them head on
• Mastery over design principles and it’s application on large-scale multi-device systems.
• Super presentation skill in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility. 
• Being well-organised with excellent time management skills 
• A strong portfolio showcasing detailed work samples showcasing your design process. Preferably in B2B space.
