Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter who is adept at handling both US and
Domestic (India) hiring processes. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying
and securing top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand US staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for IT positions in the US market.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and
referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for US-based positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US IT professionals.
• Stay updated on US market trends and industry developments to inform recruitment
strategies.
• Additional Responsibilities for Domestic Hiring (India):
• Collaborate with India-based hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source and screen candidates for domestic positions, including technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for domestic hires, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand the cultural and regional
nuances of domestic hiring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a successful track record of hiring for US-based
positions.
Familiarity with US immigration policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Domestic (India) hiring is a plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
