Job Description

We have a Opening for a Senior US IT Recruiter for Appian Infotech in Software Tech Park of India located at Ranchi Jharkhand.

Job Type- Full Time.

Shift Timing- Night Shift

Working day: 5

Experience- 0 to 7 year experience

Desired/Essential Skills:

  •  0 TO 7 years of US Recruiting experience with a focus on Contract, Contract to Hire and Full-Time positions. 
  • Hands-on experience in the complete US recruitment life cycle. 
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. 
  • Experience in recruiting, US Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants. 
  • Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Career Builder, Dice, Monster and Techfetch. 
  • Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc. and Google AIRS searches. 
  • Proficient in Salary/Hourly Rate negotiations 
  • Proficient in different Tax Terms Like W2, 1099, C2C and INC. 
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
