We are looking for a Senior Associate - Marketing Web Analytics to join our Marketing Operations team within team within our Marketing division. Your job will be to drive key business decisions through thoughtful analytics and insight.

You will be responsible for the development, publication and optimization of site and landing page reporting packages in partnership with marketing stakeholders and inform the analytics agenda for the public-facing web properties and partner with the site engineers to coordinate and execute A/B split testing strategies.

You are a project manager who is capable of handling multiple projects concurrently, has experience in partnering with stakeholders to enhance and maintain measurement agenda and framework for public facing website properties.

The Team: Marketing operations team provides operational support for athenahealth’s Marketing organization and responsible to ensure that timely and accurate US healthcare provider data is available for Marketing and Sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to drive key business metrics through experimentation and marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of site analytics to identify and troubleshoot potential anomalies and coordination of a/b tests & rollouts against the quarterly testing strategy.
• Implement, maintain and own the successful digital tagging using tag manager and analytics measurement strategy for digital products, including websites, blogs, mobile apps, and reporting applications. Own the implementations of analytics tools & tag management, auditing and troubleshooting existing configurations
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and internal databases and generate weekly/daily Analytics and KPI reports; providing insights based on trends observed in data; using tools for quick analysis; formulating detailed reports/dashboards by incorporating data from different sources
  
  

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience in web analytics.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and other analytics & testing platforms such as Google Analytics and Optimizely
• Experience with a/b testing and statistical concepts associated with experimentation
• Familiarity with content management systems (specifically Drupal 8)
• Proven track record of success in digital marketing and conversion optimization
• Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to make business decisions
