Possess strong tuning, administration ad automation experience in Oracle WebLogic, WebCenter Content and WebCenter Portal. Ideal Candidate should: * Have solid administration experience with WebLogic, WebCenter Content and/Portal * Have multiple project hands-on expertise with clustered WebLogic 12c or later. * Advise and influence customers on process direction/decisions. * Anticipate project risks and make corrective recommendations to project manager * Resolve moderate to complex project issues by recommending alternatives and implementing solutions * Demonstrate ability to architect middleware infrastructure for one or more technology product (WebCenter Portal/ Content, SOA, OIM/ IDCS) and understand cross stack impacts * High Performance, high Availability install/ config experience
Optional, Good to have Skills: * Cloud infra (Oracle, AWS) experience to install, deploy, migrate and manage WebLogic /WebCenter applications * Administration experience for SOA/BPM, WebCenter Forms/Imaging/AP Automation * Automation of installation (WLST, Ansible),custom monitoring * Oracle OEM, OMC driven monitoring * Experience with Terraform, scripting for Infrastructure as Code. * Have hands-on deployment, management of Security and WebLogic application server. * Content and Portal integration, integration with SSO, and/ or SOA services * Cutover management with DevCS, CI/CD

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
