Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory in ERP system
➢ Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, stock takes and audit of some to
verify results.
➢ Receives material and verifies accuracy of incoming shipment.
➢ Administers operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments,
handling and disposition of material and keeping inventory in ERP system
➢ Maintain accurate inventory count, perform end of day inventory count and submit reports to management
➢ Issue inventory report, Daily monthly IN /OUT status report, good ageing report, machine production report,

Planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse over all operation.
➢ Ensure on time dispatch & commitment, coordinate deliveries with carriers to ensure KPI are achieved
➢ Ensuring the plan for Monthly & Yearly Target of Budget Supplies & Sales Co-ordination.
➢ Monitoring & filling the month activity records.
➢ Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the ware house through the use of KPI’s, with a
primary focus on cost control.
➢ Receiving material, proper stocking, and recording of receipts
➢ Handling warehouse operation & logistics operations, invoiced material hand over to concern transporters and
get the way bill reference.
➢ To achieve budgeted cut length volumes of ware house , build capability for increased cut length volume
