**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO & SMO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques, as well as expertise in social media optimization (SMO) strategies to enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for search engines.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, such as link building, content promotion, and technical optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote content, products, and events.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with other teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure SEO and SMO best practices are integrated into all marketing efforts.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO & SMO Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO and SMO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO and SMO tools and software, such as SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is preferred.
