Responsibilities and Duties and Job Description
- Develop and implement an effective search strategy Based on Audience Insights and Search Behavior, map and improve our clients SERPs with competition on targeted keywords. Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Create and optimize Copy and Landing Pages for Search Engine Marketing
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and keywords
- Proven success in link building and viral strategies, the ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
- Pro Experience in Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Botify, experience with Google's Keyword Tool
- Well experienced withE commercefunnel, setting up Goals
- Work with the technology team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all our client’s properties
- Work with the digital marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills and a functional understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
- A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
- Proven track record of building sustainable organic traffic
- Pro experience in lead generation and conversion optimization and Generate Leads for our Clients
- A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
- Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
- A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
- An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
- Familiarity with the best tools in the trade and a functional understandingonPerformance Marketing tools and channels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experienceofSEO and SEM, managing Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Advertising, Computer science, or Mathematics/Statistics)
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Functional understanding of HTML & CSS. Ability to guide technology teamsonimplementing essential on-site SEO elements and offsite projects like Google AMP
- Passion for Internet and Digital Marketing
- Ability to work across teams, manage projects & multi-task with attention to detail
