Job description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mid-level Search Engine Optimization tasks such as website technical analysis, keyword expansion, onsite metadata analysis, linking to other websites, creating customized reports for clients, creative problem solving, responding to trouble tickets, managing projects and other tasks as assigned.

Completing tasks related to implementation of content such as blog posts, infographics and more on WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and other CMS platforms.

Communicate effectively with internal colleagues including the Account Manager by email and telephone with a high level of professional courtesy.

Communicate effectively with clients by email and telephone to explain complex technical issues and solutions and be organized.

Make recommendations to the Client Partner about changes that will improve ROI for the client including changes to the client’s website that will improve performance.

Check deliverables for accuracy before sending to Client Partner.

Proactively use technical knowledge and creativity to solve problems related to a client’s website.

Update task management system (QuickBase) with notes and project updates.

Able to prioritize many different projects and move at a fast pace from project to project for multiple clients.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Complete comfort with using a computer, browsing the web, and finding information via search engines like Google, Bing or Yahoo

• A general understanding of Social Media platforms and marketing
• Strong organizational skills
• A general understanding of HTML, JavaScript, PHP and CSS
• Project management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
