The Role

This role, reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, will ensure that client-facing Shine Lawyers web properties are optimised for search engine visibility and rankings. You’ll monitor site performance in organic search in comparison to our key competitors and implement strategies to increase organic search visibility and conversion performance. Experience in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing will be highly regarded as you will be tasked with helping increase the rate at which website traffic converts into qualified leads for the business.

Key Requirements:

·         4 years+ experience in managing SEO team.

·         Should have a strong knowledge of SEO process which includes (content research, backlinks & technical SEO)

·         Good communications skills to coordinate within the team 

        Knowledge of HTML & Search Engine and Google Algorithm.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be

·         Researching keywords, providing SEO analysis and making recommendations in relation to website structure and elements

·         Making recommendations and executing on them in relation to content development strategy in coordination with SEO goals, both general and keyword specific

·         Researching and writing for multiple projects, including website copy

·         Helping to create and support marketing content for social media purposes (e.g. customer video briefs and case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers) as well as developing and implementing link building campaigns

·         Implementing and administering search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools)

·         Monitoring and evaluating search results and performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings.

Location: Position is available at Votiko solutions private limited, located in SURAT.

Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹25,000.00 /month

Hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm
