Responsibilities and Duties
· Knowledge of E-commerce platforms- executive will be trained on business processes followed by E-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc and coordinate with them on day to day basis for promotion planning, sales planning, assortment planning and services. If a person has not worked with these channels before, he/she should have required business acumen to do business with them.
· Service communications- The role also requires the person to handle various internal communication to deliver best customer service/feedbacks.
· Sales analysis and monitoring on ecommerce (SEO, SEM, SERP) – Prepare and analyse various reports to be on top of required business matrices-
Setting up PPC ad campaigns, which will include detailed keyword research, analyses and scaling/optimizing campaigns for better conversions. Using tools and sources.
· Product planning and cataloguing- Responsible for product planning specific to online channels and ensure proper cataloguing/merchandising to drive sales. Handling the seller portal of E-commerce channels and own brand website.
· Effective Communication - Drive communication with both new and existing customers for our current and new product lines using Email marketing (Mail Chimp etc.)
· Marketing initiatives- Social Media marketing(SMM) activities on profiles of Facebook, Instagram. Brand building activities. (ORM)
· Competitor Analysis - Being aware of the competition and new Products in market. Continuously observe industry trends and proactively develop actions to react to changes.
