Job Description :

1.5 - 4 year experience as PHP developer, who is dedicated to his craft, writes code that is proud of and can hit the ground running. We need you to write beautiful, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways
He will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.
Good Experience on web technologies including XML, HTML, HTML5, XHTML,CSS Javascript, AJAX ,JQuery & CSS3, OOPS Ability to understand functional requirements, project planning, estimation, scheduling, monitoring, risk analysis skills
Client Retention
Must have a good understanding of different types of Web and Mobile applications, exist in the market.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Have interest to know about new technologies, Tech news, new revolutions and quality apps/ systems coming into the market
Must have good communication skill.
Should be able to Identify potential clients
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, reports and CRM
Should know how to go for proposal formatting, requirement gathering and analysis
Should have strong communication skills and passionate about sale and marketing field
Confident to initiate the communication with new leads and ability to convert them in a business opportunity.

Graduate/MBA
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have good presentation skill to make sales presentation skill
