CA is seeking an SEO & Google Ads Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Google/Bing Ads:
- Experience handling accounts with at least 5 Lakh Per Month
Google/Bing budget
- Experience getting at least 50+% ROI from all Google/Bing
campaigns
- Optimize a significant monthly spend to drive both
short-term and long-term revenue growth
- Customize PPC strategies based on the deep understanding of
client businesses
- Perform daily account management of multiple paid media
accounts in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Ad Operations – design new and creative, use A/B testing with
alternative images and copy, optimize campaigns, track and report on key
performance metrics
- Re-marketing, pixel tracking and advanced targeting
techniques with Google/Bing Ads
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends in order to
achieve maximum ROI
- Manage KPI’s such as CTR, CPC’s and CPL and work with
performance data to compile and analyze metrics, make decisions and optimize
campaign performance and balance.
- Manage monthly campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs and
reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and
optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising
SEO:
- Ensure we are best-in-class with regards to SEO practices
and results on the website and associated properties.
- Drive organic search engine traffic by contributing to the
strategic vision, and owning the development and execution of key SEO programs.
- Create innovative ways to report on SEO performance using
visualizations in Conductor, GA360, SEMRush, aHrefs and other tools.
- Perform ongoing detailed keyword research for existing
content areas, new product releases, and acquisitions.
- Create keyword mappings, metadata, URLs and redirect
mappings. Work with multiple stakeholders to communicate expectations and
recommendations.
- Develop technical strategies to optimize our properties for
indexation and to maximize the potential of our online content.
- Identify and spec out projects that will improve our on page
ranking factors utilizing the latest SEO best-practices.
- Develop SEO best practice documentation to educate, train
and certify the various cross-functional groups including web development, the
social media team, editorial, design, production, public relations, and product
marketing managers.
- Be an evangelist on the benefits of SEO, and ensure that we
are the online leader for SEO best practice, implementation and outcomes.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising,
Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience managing Google/Bing Ads for
large scale International web sites.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience managing search engine
optimization (SEO) programs for large scale International web sites.
- Re-marketing, pixel tracking and advanced targeting
techniques with Google/Bing Ads
- Ready to deep dive into the client businesses and drive the
evolution of marketing tech stack
- Experience handling accounts with at least 5 Lakh Per Month
Google/Bing budget
- Experience getting at least 50+% ROI from all Google/Bing
campaigns
- 5+ Years of experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag
Manager
- 5+ years running content development campaigns to drive SEO
results
- 5+ Years creating and optimizing landing pages, with a
working knowledge of WordPress, HTML and any of the landing page software
- Proven ability to deliver a substantial increase in organic
search engine and Google Ads traffic and corresponding end revenue increase
- We will need a portfolio of all the websites that you have
managed for SEO and Google Ads
Desired Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and implement cutting-edge
Google/Bing Ads and SEO strategies based on the most up-to-date PPC/SEO
tactics, including link development, inbound marketing, social media and
on-page factors.
- Detailed understanding of the current algorithm and ranking
signals for Google and Bing. International experience a plus.
- Experience optimizing large enterprise-class websites and
working across large multifunctional departments.
- Experience either working with a Google Ads and SEO agency
managing multiple clients, or large in-house department a must.
- Ability to drive programs and execute on a vision, together
with strong interpersonal and reporting skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and functional expertise with
measurement and reporting tools (Omniture experience preferred).
- Both B2B and B2C experience preferred
