SEO MANAGER

Location: Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Qualification:

A graduate degree and/or certification in SEO Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO marketing.
Operate tools like webmaster tools, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics. Basics of PHP and HTML is a plus.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP

In First Week...

Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Spend time with the leaders of the Product and Marketing teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s product and marketing strategies.

By Day 30…

Constantly check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor Toppr’s performance. Make recommendations for its improvement.
Based on your findings, source original content for Toppr’s website - tailored for our target audience.
Monitor industry changes. Manage and refine SEO strategies and execute optimization tactics.

By Day 90…

Optimization: Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods. This helps turn visitors into more active users and improves website performance.
Use social media to distribute content. Encourage more external sites to link to your content.
Monitor the algorithms set by search engines to keep up-to-date with changes.

WHO YOU ARE:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have the following skills:
Communication: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.
Sense of data: Experienced in data driven marketing, including ROI/investment strategies / scaling.
A sense of analytics: Strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms.
