Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO/SEM/ Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing planManage all digital marketing channels

Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)Prepare online newsletters, promotional emails, landing pages and organize their distribution through various channels

Measure ROI and KPIsPrepare and manage a digital marketing budget

Oversee all the company's social media accountsManage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google AnalyticsBuild an inbound marketing plan

Forecast sales performance trends

Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Train the rest of the team

Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Requirements:1-3 years of proven experience in Digital MarketingExcellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEMPerfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

Skills and experience in creative content writing

Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with web design and WordPressSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success

Good time-management skills
