About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can assist the marketing department with search engine optimization activities. The SEO Specialist will be a part of our company’s marketing team, which includes the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketer and Content Marketers.
The company's entire SEO strategy will be monitored by the SEO Specialist in order to improve rankings across all key search networks. In the interest of enhancing SEO positions for target keywords, the SEO Specialist should look for chances to optimise website architecture, content, linking, and other components.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have excellent communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for:
Establishing and maintaining an SEO plan to increase online exposure
Performing recurring technical SEO audits to detect problems early and fix them
Keeping track of the most recent SEO trends, best practices, and strategies to create an up-to-date strategy
Performing periodic competition research and analysis
Observing market demand to generate content ideas for it
Keeping monthly performance reports up-to-date
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
(Required) Graduation in B.Tech, B.E or B.Sc (preferably in CSE/IT) from a reputed institution with a minimum of 65% or 7 CGPA
(Required) 0-1 year of prior experience in SEO management
(Required) Excellent command over the English language - written and spoken
(Required) Familiarity with WordPress or any other content management systems
(Required) Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Google Algorithm changes and ranking factors
(Required) Hands-on knowledge of keyword research and should know its importance
(Required) Excellent understanding of keyword research techniques and working knowledge of structured data schemas, rich snippets, and internal linking
(Required) Ability to work with MS Office for reporting and documentation
(Required) Working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
(Good-to-have) Self-motivating and problem-solving attitude
(Good-to-have) Time management and organizational skills
As a part of your compensation, you will be offered the following:
Salary: CTC INR 3.5 - 5 LPA
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Flexible working hours (9 hours per day)
