Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers.
Prepare detailed service orders and estimates.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
Maintain thorough records of service activities.
Handle customer complaints and questions professionally.
Promote services and upsell additional maintenance options.
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive customer service or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
