Provide technical expertise and operational support for systems including remote access, mobile wireless communications, secure gateways,communications monitoring related issues.

Broad technical knowledge of data communications fundamentals and principles and experience with remote access solutions,including virtual private networks, encryption, authentication, access control methods and PKI components and Manage Engine;

Experience with IPSec VPN and SSL VPN technologies, solutions, products and protocols;

Broad understanding and working knowledge of desktop security technologies, scalable enterprise solutions for client security and specific products in personal firewall, intrusion detection and prevention, host integrity, etc.;

Broad understanding of secure communication technologies, and protocols (i.e. SSL, TLS, IPSec, S/MIME, etc.) is a strong plus;

In-depth working knowledge of Win2K server, Win-XP workstation , and other standard computing platforms;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage external vendors responsible for problem resolution;

Ability to work independently or as part of a team and to balance multiple projects and conflicting priorities;

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management, local and national support staff and customers,

and external vendors;

Proven project planning skills in effectively meeting deadlines on individual assignments;
