Service Assurance- Solution/Component Designer jobs in Gurgaon at Prodapt Solutions

Significant OSS Design / Architecture background in a telecoms environment with 10-13 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards, for example: eTOM/TAM.
Knowledge of Enterprise Telecom Product/Technology viz MLPS/ IP VPN, Ethernet, Broadband, SD-WAN etc
Solid experience in service assurance/fault management processes and platforms, preferably EMC SMARTS, Netcool and InfoVista
Proven experience in creating working solutions addressing customer requirements in OSS/Service Assurance.
Leading the Service Assurance Solution holistic design across enterprise products and multiple domains including, Interfaces, Business Processes, and Functionality.
Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in a clear and concise manner that is in the vernacular of each group.
Responsible to prepare HLS (High Level Solution) document accepted and approved by the Customer
Guide various product experts and Business Annalists with regard to the architecture.
Provide ongoing feedback to product management for the delivery of best practices.
