Job Description

Sales/Service co-ordination activities with respect to Customer Database Management

Sales/Service co-ordination with Principles, Service Report Summaries, claims form submission etc.

Technical Assistance during various training program

Tender Document preparations and online submissions

Maintaining a record of documents

Preparing quotations for sales, projects, and service team

Preparing indents for outside Purchase of equipment’s.

Follow up on AMC/CMC payments

To write the report on clients and customer activity or complaints

Assisting the admin manager in admin activities of office

All co-ordination activities for transportation of Lab Equipment’s
