Job Description

Service Delivery Manager
3 - 9 years- mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of complete communication & coordination with internal teams & customer for project related  activities
  • Responsible for customer communication of project tracker and charter as per the frequency agreed with all concerned stake holders 
  • Highlight all risk and opportunity and action plan to mitigate risk
  • Deliver the project within TAT as per the agreed SOW signed with customer and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for the project kick off and periodic customer meeting to track the project to avoid delay and escalation 
  • Responsible for project closure and handover / knowledge transfer of deliverables to the support team
  • Ensure project is completed within pre-approved resources

Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering, CCNA, MBA / PGDBA
