Job Responsibilities :• Provide frontline end user technical support for Call Center staff via inbound and outbound calls, messaging, and email• Setup environments and applications including virtual machine sessions, MS365 applications, and UX• Troubleshoot, identify, resolve, and escalate technical issues in a proficient and timely manner• Reset system passwords• Test environment/application updates• Adhere to a set schedule 

*Skills required :*• Previous IT Support experience• Understanding of computer systems, virtual machines, and cloud environments• Familiarity with MS Windows, MS Office, Citrix Workspace, and IP Phone Systems• Understanding of troubleshooting techniques• Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, teams, etc• Coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to multi-task and follow procedures

*Qualifications: Any IT Graduates• Preferred IT Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, MS365 Fundamentals, CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+),Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)

JOB 2 :
We have openings for US Tech Support voice process in Chennai. Should be excellent in verbal communication ( Versant 3 ). Graduation mandatory without any backlogs. Candidate who have minimum one year of tech support- international voice experience should only apply.

Salary : Take home : CTC : 3.05 to 3.09 LPA. Week offs ( Friday & Saturday / two days Rotational off ). US shift timings. Performance incentives / pick up and drop / food once will be provided. Work at office ( WFH will be provided depending upon the situation ).
