Candidate RequirementGood communication skills required (Hindi & English) any other language (Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) will be an added advantage.
Answering Service desk support queries via Phone & Email.
Basic Computer knowledge required to help our customers. Email writing & Reading skills should be good.
Willing to work in a 16*7 environment (Rotational shifts/6 Days a week) (Female- 7am – 8 pm & Male – 7 am – 11 pm)
