We are looking for enthusiastic and well-experienced candidate for the post of Service Engineer for our well known Pharma Company.

Qualification: B.SC./M.SC (Instrumental and control),B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E, ITI holder

Exp: - 2 to 4+ years (The only Male can apply)

Skills:-

·         He must have knowledge about PLC Programming

·         Must have knowledge and Practice about Instrumentation, calibration, Validation, Performance qualification of machine and instrument, HVAC system validation etc.

·         Hands-on experience about Microsoft office tools and Internet

·         Must have experienced in the pharmaceutical industry or other relevant Industry.

·         Must have knowledge about documentation, validation tools and calibration techniques

·         He must be familiar with electrical or mechanical equipment/procedures that may have an effect on the products being purchased.

·         Must have Good Communication, both verbal and written

·         Must have the ability to Teamwork and collaboration/Problem solving

Job Description:-

·         Service engineers have to supervise /repair and service all the machinery and equipment present in a company's manufacturing unit

·         Service Engineer Must know the HVAC System and calibration techniques.

• Working Experience on performance measurement techniques like autoclave, depyrogenation tunnel, stability chamber and Incubator.

·         Engineer has to plan the servicing work in advance so the output of the factory is not affected by the service work

• They have to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine
• ensuring that any parts that need replacing are available in stock
• Engineer work on improving the performance of the machine
• They also, have to conduct safety checks on all the machinery in Manufacturing Unit
• Engineer to keep an inventory of equipment required for the repair work
• Service engineers have to know about all the latest machinery that is available in the market
• They have to inspect all the machines and make reports for the management that whether or not new machines are required
