Job description

• Should be responsible for spare parts turnover for the designated area
• Should be able to handle key account customers / large users business independently
• Conducting service campaigns / safety seminars periodically
• Conducting service repair training, application training periodically
• Conducting genuine spares campaign in his designated area
• Appointing new service centers and conduct quarterly audits to ascertain the quality of operations
• Controlling warranty cost for his assigned area and ensure timely settlement of warranties
• Maintaining customer service cards / dealer service cards in his area
• Effective implementation of policies for service and spare parts sales
• Visiting customer / large users periodically and update the data base every month
• Update quality problems / availability problems to HO on a monthly basis
