Materials received after continuous trials, evaluation of ageing as per Directors approval
Guidance from Director for non repairable items
Responsible for ISO reports of service department
Responsible for maintenance, calibration of tools & testing equipments
Responsible for upkeep of service department
5 Customer feedbacks to be received from repair customers
Implementation of safety precaution sheet
Generate service reports & dispatch along with the repaired product
Follow up on repair bills through engineers
Generate weekly reports on recurring complaints
Visit atleast 1 customer a month
