Local purchases / spares inventory management |
Preparation & filing of service documents including acknowledgement files, customer DC, etc. |
Ensure that the repairs are completed on time as committed to the customers |
Inspection report to be reached to customer within 24 hours |
Identification of third party servicing agents |
Inspection & generation of reports for products received after trails Materials received after continuous trials, evaluation of ageing as per Directors approval Guidance from Director for non repairable items |
Responsible for ISO reports of service department |
Responsible for maintenance, calibration of tools & testing equipments |
Responsible for upkeep of service department |
5 Customer feedbacks to be received from repair customers |
Implementation of safety precaution sheet |
Generate service reports & dispatch along with the repaired product |
Follow up on repair bills through engineers |
Generate weekly reports on recurring complaints |
Visit atleast 1 customer a month |
Cable Preparation Control Panel – Design, Manufacture, Wiring and Testing. |
