Candidates must be Customer friendly and ready to learn. Ours is a water filter service company. Frequent visits to the customer places, handling queries, providing services are the main work. Training will be provide for freshers. Travel allowance will be provided.
Responsibilities:
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Install and set up water purifiers at customer sites in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and water quality.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance on water purification systems.
• Replace consumables, such as filters and membranes, based on the recommended maintenance schedule.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs:
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs to restore the functionality of water purifiers.
• Identify and replace faulty components, ensuring the proper functioning of the entire system.
• Water Quality Analysis:
• Conduct water quality tests to assess the effectiveness of purification systems.
• Provide recommendations for adjustments or upgrades to improve water quality.
• Customer Training:
• Train customers on the proper usage and maintenance of water purifiers.
• Educate customers on water quality parameters and the importance of regular maintenance.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation details, maintenance schedules, and repairs performed.
• Prepare service reports and documentation for customers.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide remote support when possible and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and product improvement suggestions.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all field service activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to water treatment.
