The objective of customer service is typically to interact with the customers in order to answer queries related to the boiler, resolve support issues, solved technical problems, and rapport with customers to nurture relationships.
Understand the customer ‘s problem and resolve it ASAP
Coordinate with the customer regarding follow-ups the visits.
Customer Satisfaction through timely service.
Prepare detailed reports on all the work done on each assignment
Conduct safety checks on all the machines for the workers working on them
Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
Provide satisfactory technical support to customers at their location
Provide on-site training to the customers
Coordinate with service team about regarding their inspection, installation and commissioning report, site inspection, site status
Develop Service technical documentation
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer
