Service Engineer – Job Analysis

Reporting relationship: Reports to the Director

Responsibilities

Provide technical service and support on-site for customers.
Track new projects
Tap new businesses.
Handle queries.
Conduct market analysis
Diagnose, troubleshoot and debug problems related to Welding, equipment.
Accountable for spare and service kit provided.
Install Welding machines/ Service/Demo in the given region.
Timely completion of service jobs as per the commitments at site.
Provide the feedback/status of the technical service provided to the client.
Process and maintain pertinent paperwork related to field tasks within the given timelines
Timely achievement of targets

Requirements

Education – ITI electronics / BE Electronics
Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in sale of heavy machinery and business development preferably in Welding Industry.

Knowledge -

experience in sales of welding cutting or bevelling machines and/or sales of welding related accessories
Knowledge of our products
Knowledge of the industry and competitors
Experience:3-4 Years
