Service Engineer with Tech Solution Provider in Power & Gas at Mumbai 2

5 Years Mumbai Job Description

Role includes Customer support, Onsite Installation and Commissioning,Servicing and Repairs which includes following responsibilities for our range of products.

Onsite visit to location for Service& Sales Demo purpose.

Regular Travelling to Multiple sites as per requirement.

Coordination with customer for site availability and readiness.

Technical System integration and coordination with electrician for cable laying and casing.

Installation and Technical Commissioning of complete system at site.

Alarm Challenge test of system.

Onsite Training to Customer and Document preparation.

On site calibration and AMC. Onsite / Offsite fault finding and implementation of corrective measures in system.

Repairing of instruments based on requirement.

Telephonic and online support to customer. Maintain onsite service report, MOM copy, AMC Raw data etc.

Customized calibration reports based on requirement Should be good at planning & implementing site visits.

Key Skills Required Technical competence to understand the system and process implementation,Servicing, maintenance, installation & commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of our electronic instruments; Calibration of gas detection systems, Process control instruments, Instrument Testing etc. Required Candidate profile Preferably an Instrumentation \Electrical Engineer having experience of sales/marketing of Instrumentation range of products mainly testing & measuring instruments. Hardcore in-depth knowledge in the field of NETWORKING, SCADA, PLC, AUTOCAD, TELECOMMUNICATION and any automation design software, VISIO software will be added advantage. Good Presentation & Demonstration Skill . Fluent English & Pleasant Personality, local language will be an added advantage. Effective Communication Skill Smart, Healthy, Hard Working, Punctual & Honest. Extremely Focused & Result Oriented Independent & Self Motivated Technically Sound & able to travel extensively (Willing to travel extensively.)
