Job Description

we are a medical equipment channel partner want to hire sales & service engineer for entire Bihar.

Typical work duties of a Sales & Service Engineer(Medical equipment) include:

Installation and configuration of the machine and also the software.
Servicing fully electronic.
Prevention and Maintenance of Machine.
Troubleshooting and calibrations.
Handling various maintenance like online maintenance.
Repairing and replacement parts of Machine.
Calibration report preparation.
Calibration and servicing.
Identifying prospective customers and generate business.
Generation of business from old customers.
Convincing expired customer to come under AMC.
Suggesting upgrades to the customers along with their benefits.
Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
Provide technical and repair support service for products.
