Job Description

  • We have urgent opening for Service Field Engineer for one of the Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company.
  • Position:  Service Field Engineer (Stone Crushing Machine)
  • Company:  Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company
  • Location:  Por - GIDC, Vadodara
Responsibilities:
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Capability to solve all kind of technical problems on concrete batching plant by his own hands
  • Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Communicating with customers about service, maintenance and trouble shooting.
  • Weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities and general field problems
  • Convert routine service call to Annual Service Contract and Annual Maintenance contract.
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
  • Proven field service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Qualification:Diploma/ B.E. / ITI (Mechanical  Engineer)
  • Experience:2 to 3 years experience
  • We are looking for candidates who have experience as a Service Field Engineer in Stone Crushing Machinery and Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company.
