Service Technican Job Opening in General Energy Management Systems Pvt Ltd at Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install and maintain electricity/utility meters at customer locations.

2. Perform meter installation, replacement, testing, and maintenance.

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot meter-related technical issues.

4. Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance.

5. Ensure proper wiring, connections, and functioning of meters.

6. Visit assigned customer sites and resolve service complaints.

7. Record installation, maintenance, and service details accurately.

8. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during field visits.

9. Coordinate with the technical/team supervisor for complex issues.

10. Maintain tools, equipment, and required installation materials.

11. Complete daily field visits and assigned targets within timelines.

12. Provide basic guidance to customers regarding meter usage and issues.

13. Report faulty, damaged, or tampered meters to the concerned team.

14. Maintain proper documentation and submit daily service reports.

Requirements:

1. ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred.

2. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.

3. Experience in meter installation, electrical maintenance, or field service will be an advantage.

4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

5. Willingness to travel and work in the field.

6. Must have a basic understanding of electrical safety and equipment.
