High Latency issue with the help of Solarwinds, NNM and trace the user and
sites who are generating the traffic. Minimized down time by monitoring network
health and power usage with SolarWinds, SCOM, HPSIM etc.
• Prepare
and analyse monthly reports of links utilization and tickets
• Coordinating
with different teams as well as with ISP for resolving various issues related
to LAN/WAN Network.
• Creating Impact Analysis for Changes.
• Coordinating with users for network related issues.
• Support
Major Incident Team in high priority incident in P1 and P2 scenarios along with
sending out outage notifications in P1/P2 scenarios and to send Change outage
notifications as well.
• Monitoring
and supporting critical managed network elements using real-time alarming of
network fault notification, interfacing with network vendors to fix circuit
issues, and initiating, updating, tracking and closing trouble tickets.
