Qualification : B.E. (Electronics and Telecommunication)

Experience : 5 years

Job Description

Prior experience of 4 years in Technical service operations for a Manufacturing organization in oil & gas industry

Territory Service Co-ordinator who will look after service related issues post product installation

The incumbent will be accountable for managing Service calls, customer escalations and liasion with our outsourced partner

Good verbal and written communication skills

Open to Travel within West region (Goa and Maharashtra)
