  • Good communication skills – mandatory and prerequisite 
  • Basic Programming skills in any Java, Java Script, Python, C, 
  • Virtualization & Cloud Technologies in Azure/AWS
  • Basic Computer Networking knowledge 
  • Diverse teaming and collaboration
  • Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
  • Understanding data structures to provide analytical solving
  • CCNA certification is an added advantage
  • 24/7 shift working for Service Ops team
Job Specifications:

  • Service Operations Team - The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems managing incidents to resolution in IT Services including Networking, Security, Unified Communication and Data Center.
  • Service Governance - The incumbent will be responsible for improving service operations, service assurance and increased customer satisfaction
